One place for wedding and event photos
FotoDrop brings the photos from your guests’ phones into one shared album for a wedding, party or reunion. Create the album, share its QR code or link and invite guests to contribute.
Guests open the album in their phone browser, with no app or account needed. You sign in by email to manage it. If the album has password protection or encryption enabled, guests also need the password or the complete link containing the encryption key.
Make it easy for guests to join in
Place your QR code where guests will notice it, then send the album link with your thank-you message. They can add photos during the event or afterwards, while the album is still active. Uploading needs an internet connection; guests should wait for confirmation before closing the page. To try uploading in advance, use a separate test album so your event album’s countdown hasn’t started.
Start with a Free album
Your Free album holds up to 100 photos and stays available for 14 days from the first upload. No payment card needed. Videos are not included.
Open your album’s management page to upgrade to Mini ($9) or Full ($19), or to add photos, video, storage or more hosting time. Each purchase is a one-time payment with no subscription. For larger events, Event Kit Base and XL give you a separate event workspace. School plans are not offered on this site. Use the same FotoDrop site to sign in and manage your album; accounts and albums on other domains are separate.
Download a copy to keep
Photos are optimised to at most 4,000 pixels on the longest edge for viewing, downloading and everyday prints. Keep your camera originals separately and download the photos you want to keep before your album expires.
