If you paid for a FotoDrop purchase, you can contact us about it without an account or access to the album host’s management page.
Contact support about your purchase
Give your name, email address and an order or payment reference, or a description of the purchase. Do not send card details, passwords, private links, encryption keys, photos or videos.
[email protected]We may need to verify the payer before sharing private order details or processing a refund. Sending a withdrawal notice does not require that verification first.
